Portage started in 2015 with one goal: get a broken appliance working again without the runaround. What began as a small local operation grew as neighbours passed our name along, and before long we were covering homes on both sides of the river, in Ottawa and Gatineau.

Today we are a team of six technicians. Every one of them is local, certified and insured, so the person who shows up at your door lives in the same area you do and stands behind the work. We look after household appliances and commercial equipment alike, from a fridge that stopped cooling to a dishwasher that floods the floor.

We repair on site, seven days a week, from 7am to 11pm, so you rarely wait long for a slot. You get a real diagnosis and a clear price before anything is touched, and when you book the repair with us, the service call and diagnostic cost you nothing.
