Not cooling, leaks, ice-maker faults or loud fans.
Samsung fridges run the Twin Cooling Plus system and a Digital Inverter Compressor, which keep the fridge and freezer at separate, steady temperatures.
Leave the sealed cooling system and wiring to a technician. If it still will not cool, we can diagnose it on site and usually fix it in one visit.
Won't drain or spin, error codes, leaks or shaking.
Samsung washers use a Digital Inverter Motor and VRT Plus to cut noise and shaking, and many run EcoBubble for a deeper clean. Faults usually show as a code on the display.
Leave the motor, bearings and control board to us. If a code keeps coming back, we can read it, find the cause and repair it.
No heat, long dry times, won't start or noisy.
Samsung dryers use moisture sensors and Sensor Dry to stop when clothes are actually dry, and heat-pump models dry at lower temperatures.
Leave the heating element, motor and wiring to a technician, and never keep running a gas dryer if you suspect a gas fault. If it still will not heat or dry, we can sort it out.
Won't drain, leaks, error lights or poor cleaning.
Samsung dishwashers clean with WaterWall or StormWash and often add a Zone Booster for tougher loads. Problems usually flash as a code or light pattern.
Leave the pump, leak sensor and control board to us. If it still will not drain or clean, we can find the fault and fix it in one visit.
Burner or element won't heat, sparking or control faults.
Samsung cooktops come in gas, radiant ceramic and induction. Induction heats the pan itself and adds a power boost, so faults vary a little by type.
Do not attempt gas-line, wiring or internal repairs yourself; these should be handled by a qualified technician. If the burner or element still will not behave, we can diagnose and repair it.
Won't heat, wrong temperature, door or control faults.
Samsung ovens often include convection for even baking, plus Dual Cook or Flex Duo to run two temperatures at once. Trouble usually shows in your baking first.
Leave the element wiring, sensor and control board to a technician. If the oven still will not hold temperature, we can measure it, find the fault and repair it.
